LONDON (Alliance News) - International Ferro Metals Ltd Thursday said a group of senior executives bought shares at a price of 9.25 pence per share.
Non-Executive Chairman Tony Grey purchased 100,000 shares and now holds a total of 1.6 million shares, representing 0.283% of the company's issued share capital.
Non-Executive Deputy Chairman Stephen Turner bought 100,000 shares and holds a total of 7.4 million shares, representing 1.334% of the issued share capital.
Chief Executive Officer Chris Jordaan has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares and holds a total of 300,000 shares, representing 0.054% of the issued share capital.
Finance Director Jannie Muller bought 100,000 shares and holds a total of 250,000 shares, representing 0.045% of the issued share capital.
Non-executive directors Xiaoping Yang and Stephen Oke both purchased 100,000 shares. As a result, Yang hold a total of 266,667 shares, representing 0.048% of the issued share capital, and Oke 250,000 shares representing 0.045% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the integrated ferrochrome producer were up 8.49% at 9.90 pence Thursday afternoon.
