LONDON (Alliance News) - International Ferro Metals Ltd Friday said it was informed that all nine members of the board have purchased shares in the mining company, totalling 1.5 million shares and all at a price of 7.10 pence, taking the board's total holding to 2.462% of the issued share capital.
Non-Executive Chairman Tony Grey purchased 200,000 shares. Following this transaction, Grey holds a total of 1.8 million shares representing 0.319% of the company's issued share capital.
Non-Executive Deputy Chairman Stephen Turner purchased 200,000 shares, raising his total holding to 7.6 million shares, 1.370% of the total.
Chief Executive Officer Chris Jordaan bought 100,000 shares, giving him 400,000 shares total, or 0.072% of the total.
Jannie Muller purchased 150,000 shares, also giving him 400,000 shares.
Tian Xia bought 200,000 shares. Xia now holds a total of 466,667 shares.
Xiaoping Yang also purchased 200,000 shares and also now holds 466,667 shares.
Stephen Oke purchased 100,000 shares and now holds 350,000 shares. Terry Willsteed purchased 150,000 shares and now holds 1.5 million shares, 0.271% of the total.
John Ballard has purchased 200,000 shares and how holds 700,000 shares.
The stock was trading at 7.31p, up 4.4% Friday.
