LONDON (Alliance News) - InterContinental Hotels Group PLC said Wednesday that the wife of Eric Pearson, executive vice president and chief information officer, had sold 15,000 shares at 1,900 pence each.
Kelly Pearson sold the shares on Tuesday, the company said.
The shares were held by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, with the Pearson's as beneficial owners.
Following the sale, Eric Pearson has an interest in 105,293 shares, equal to less than 1% of the company.
Shares in InterContinental closed down 2.9%, or 55.00 pence, Wednesday, at 1,835.00p.
