DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Intercede Non-Executive Buys After Profit Warning

16th Sep 2016 14:03

LONDON (Alliance News) - Intercede Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Ben Drury bought 5,239 shares at a price of 59.1 pence per share Friday.

Intercede Group on Friday said trading for the year-to-date is below expectations and lower than last year, and signalled its revenue for 2016 is now likely to be lower than the prior year.

The software and services company noted it has had a "slow start" to its current financial year, which began in April 1, amidst continuing delays in the receipt of anticipated licence orders for its MyID software system from both new and existing customers.

The stock was down 38% at 57.00p Friday, one of the worst performers on AIM.
