Marechale Capital PLC - London-based investor - Chief Executive Officer Patrick Booth-Clibborn sells 3 million shares at an average price of 2.75 pence per share on Monday and Tuesday. Deal is worth GBP82,500. Following the sale, Booth-Clibborn holds 9.1 million shares, or 11% stake.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC - Uxbridge-based soft drinks bottler - Leendert den Hollander, the general manager for Northern Europe sells 2,000 shares at USD561.17 each on Friday in New York, in a deal worth USD122,341.94.

InnovaDerma PLC - personal care and life sciences products company - Non-Executive Director Mark Ward buys 657,154 shares on Friday at 37p each, worth GBP243,146.98. Ward now holds a total of 4.4 million shares, or a 16% stake.

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Founder and director Michael Howard sells 3.5 million shares at 563 pence each on Monday, in a deal worth almost GBP20 million. Company says sale was instructed to enable Howard to further fund a charitable foundation and also for diversification purposes. Howard continues to be a director of the company and his working relationship with the group is unchanged.
