Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC - Crawley, West Sussex-based medical technology for use in critical care and operating theatres - Chief Executive Neil Campbell sells 100,000 shares at 134.5 pence each, GBP134,500 in total. Campbell sells stake to cover cost of "one-off exceptional expense" and has stated he has no intention of selling any further shares. Now holds 6.5% stake.

Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust PLC - invests in companies with a market capitalisation of less than USD5 billion at the time of first investment - Non-Executive Director Mungo Wilson buys 30,000 shares at 323.5 pence each, GBP97,050. Wilson's stake following transaction on Friday was not stated.

Ruffer Investment Co Ltd - closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey - Jonathan Ruffer sells 540,000 shares alongside immediate family. Now owns 499,335 shares, valued at GBP1.5 million in total, a 0.2% stake. Ruffer's share sale was done to support charitable initiatives, company says. Ruffer is chair of Ruffer LLP and managed Ruffer Investment's until 2012. A wholly-owned unit of Ruffer LLP now manages Ruffer Investment.

Creightons PLC - Peterborough, England-based personal care and beauty products manufacturer - Says Director Paul Forster sells 20,000 shares at 101.26 pence each, GBP20,252 in total. Transaction was made on Thursday and Forster's stake in company trimmed to 1.6%.
