LONDON (Alliance News) - India Capital Growth Fund Limited Friday said the company's investment manager, Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited, sold 904,493 shares at a price of 28.25 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Ocean Dial Asset Management Limited no longer holds any shares in the company, and said that it will use the raised cash to support the future growth of the company.
India Capital Growth Fund shares were trading 0.9% lower Friday afternoon, at 29.00 pence per share.
