LONDON (Alliance News) - India Capital Growth Fund Limited Thursday said Company Chairman Fred Carr has bought and sold shares in the company.
The investment company said that on Thursday Carr sold 10,000 shares in the company at GBP30.10 pence per share and subsequently bought 30,000 shares at GBP30.30 pence per share.
Following the dealings Carr has a beneficial interest of 120,000 ordinary shares in the company.
India Capital Growth Fund shares were down 0.19 pence, or 0.63% to 30.06 pence Thursday.
