LONDON (Alliance News) - Cairn Energy PLC Thursday said that Independent Non-Executive Director Alexander Berger purchased a total of 2,239 ordinary shares at a price of GBP2.6608 per share.
Alexander Berger now hold a total of 4,403 shares in the company.
Cairn Energy shares were trading at 265.90 pence per share, down 0.3% Thursday afternoon.
