DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Independent Investment Trust Director Sells Stock

LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent Investment Trust PLC said Wednesday Director Douglas McDougall sold shares in the company worth GBP211,500.

McDougall, in a transaction on Wednesday, sold 30,000 shares at 705.00 pence each. It gave no details as to his prior, or resultant, holding.

Shares closed down 2.5% Wednesday at 700.00p.
