LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent Investment Trust PLC said on Friday its Non-Executive Chairman Douglas McDougall and his daughter sold shares in transactions on Thursday.
Douglas sold 25,000 shares at 736.00 pence per share, worth GBP184,000, while his daughter disposed 1,750 shares at the same price, totalling in GBP12,880.
Shares in Independent Investment Trust were up 0.6% at 736.69p each on Friday.
The company did not provide neither Douglas' nor his daughter's holding, if any, following the transaction.
