DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Independent Investment Chair McDougall Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Independent Investment Trust PLC said on Thursday Director Chairman Douglas McDougall sold 50,000 shares in the company at a price of 741.00p each on Wednesday.

The transaction had a total value of GBP370,500. McDougall's interest in the company following the sale was not disclosed.

Shares in the company closed down 0.3% at 738.00p on Thursday.
