LONDON (Alliance News) - Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC said Paul Manduca bought 5,000 shares at a price of GBP3.84315 per share Monday, which is his only holding.
Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust in June said Chairman Peter Smith is to step down and will be replaced by current Prudential PLC Chairman Paul Manduca.
Templeton said Smith will step down from the board later this year, with Manduca, who joins as a non-executive director from August 1, to take over when Smith departs.
The stock closed down 6.4% at 379.10 pence Monday.
