Naked Wines PLC - Norwich, Norfolk-based online wine retailer - Independent Non-Executive Director Darryl Rawlings buys 15,868 shares on US over-the-counter market at USD11.03, worth USD174,992, on Monday. The purchase is Rawlings' only holding, having recently joined the board with plans for him to succeed Ian Harding as chair at the company's annual general meeting in August.
