LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialty chemicals company Croda International PLC said Chairman Designate Anita Frew bought a total of 2,500 shares on Thursday
Details are as follows.
1,000 were bought at GBP28.89829 each
1,500 were bought at GBP29.01 each
Frew now holds 10,000 shares in total having previously purchased 7,500 shares on Wednesday, Monday and Friday. She will succeed current Chairman Martin Flower when he retires from the board in September.
The stock was trading down 1.3% at 2,875.00 pence Thursday.
