LONDON (Alliance News) - Inchcape PLC Friday said Chief Executive Andre Lacroix exercised share options, acquiring 4,390 shares.
He now holds a total of 560,487 shares, which represents 0.12% stake in the firm.
The company also said a group of non-executive directors purchased shares at GBP6.39 Friday.
Kanwarpal Singh Bindra bought 504 shares and John Langston 267 shares.
The following directors increased total shareholdings in addition to buying shares. Till Vestring purchased 341 shares and holds a total of 30,341 shares, Nigel Northridge 267 shares holding 25,267 total shares and Alison Cooper 226 shares holding a total of 2,726 shares.
Shares in the automotive distributor and retailer closed at 635.50 pence down 0.08% Friday.
