LONDON (Alliance News) - Automotive distributor and retailer Inchcape PLC said Friday that a group of executives had sold shares in the company, including Chief Executive André Lacroix.
Lacroix exercised awards over 258,319 shares, of which he subsequently sold 121,654 shares at a price of 625.0576 pence each Thursday. Following this transaction Lacroix's total holding is 0.153%.
Human Resources & Business Development Director Tony George exercised awards over 71,069 shares and subsequently sold 33,470 shares at the same price. Following this transaction George's interest in the company is 0.014%.
Chief Information Officer Stéphane Chatal's exercised awards over 28,563 shares, and subsequently sold 20,104 shares at 632 pence each Wednesday. Following this transaction Chatal's interest in the company is 0.002%.
Chief Executive of UK operations Connor Mccormack acquired 23,195 shares at 603.4 pence, and a further 3 shares at 200 pence, and subsequently sold 23,198 shares at 622.7865 pence Thursday. Following this transaction Mccormack's interest in the company is 0.00%.
Shares in Inchcape were trading up 0.2% at 626.50 pence Friday morning.
