LONDON (Alliance News) - Inchcape PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Andre Lacroix exercised options over 165,876 shares under the company share plan and sold 78,118 shares at a price of GBP6.198147 each Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Lacroix now holds 784,910 shares, which represents a 0.182% stake in the firm.
The company also said, Human Resources and Business Development Director Tony George exercised options over 13,092 shares and sold 6,166 shares at the same price and now holds 69,679 shares.
Shares in the vehicle retailer were quoted at 621.50 pence Wednesday midday.
