LONDON (Alliance News) - Inchcape PLC Tuesday said Finance Director John McConnell exercised options over 28,428 shares at an exercise price of GBP4.416 each and then sold the shares at GBP6.375058 each Monday.
Following this transaction, McConnell now holds a beneficial interest in 211,735 shares.
The company also said Communications Director Ken Lee exercised options over 29,432 shares and sold the shares at the same price as McConnell.
Shares in the automotive distributor and retailer were flat at 637.50 pence Tuesday.
