LONDON (Alliance News) - Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC Tuesday said Non Executive Director Peter Williamson purchased 30,000 shares on Monday priced at 140.0 pence each.
Williamson did not hold any shares prior to the transaction, and now holds a 0.1% stake in the company.
Immunodiagnostic shares closed up 2.3% to 134.0 pence per share on Tuesday.
