LONDON (Alliance News) - IMImobile PLC on Monday said that Chief Financial Officer Mike Jefferies and Chief Technology Officer Shyam Bhat sold a total of GBP930,000 worth of shares.
Jefferies sold 100,000 shares at 310 pence each on Monday for GBP310,000.
On the same day, Bhat sold 200,000 shares at the same price for GBP620,000.
Neither of the directors' remaining stake in the software company was disclosed.
IMImobile shares were trading down 0.4% at 308.62p each on Monday afternoon.
