Ideagen PLC - Nottingham, England-based information management software - Chief Technology Officer Ian Hepworth sells 167,000 new shares at 290.5 pence, worth GBP485,135, on Wednesday, having exercised options for the shares at 112p.

Esken Ltd - Carlisle, Cumberland-based airport operator and aviation and energy services provider - Directors, led by Executive Chair David Shearer, take part in company's recent GBP55 million fundraise at 14p per share. The seven directors take 1.6 million of the new shares from the subscription and open offer, worth GBP227,999 in total. Shearer takes the largest amount, buying 714,285 shares to take his holding to 1.2 million shares, a 0.1% stake. Separately, Esken confirms it has completed its GBP125 million financing deal for London Southend Airport with Carlyle Group. The financing is in the form of a senior loan facility from Carlyle Global Infrastructure Opportunity Fund LP, which is convertible into a 30% stake in the airport. Esken says it has drawn down the loan following shareholder approval at a general meeting last week.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in businesses in Georgia - Chief Financial Officer Giorgi Alpaidze sells 10,790 shares, mostly at GBP6.20 and worth GBP66,933 in total. The shares were sold on Monday and Wednesday. Alpaidze now has 210,684 shares, including vested and unvested shares.
