LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrogen Group PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Stephen Puckett and Non-Executive Director Richard Green bought shares Tuesday.
Puckett bought 400,000 shares at a price of 30 pence each, whilst Green bought 166,666 shares at the same price.
The subsequent shareholdings of Puckett and Green in the recruitment firm were not disclosed.
Shares in Hydrogen were untraded Wednesday, last closing at 34.00 pence Wednesday.
