LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrogen Group PLC Wednesday said Chairman Ian Temple transferred 19,700 shares to his ISA account at a price of 110 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Temple's beneficial interest in the remains unchanged, being 4 million shares, representing approximately 17.07% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the recruitment company were quoted unchanged at 110.00p late Wednesday morning.
