LONDON (Alliance News) - Hydrodec Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Black bought 750,000 shares at 6.917p each on Tuesday and an additional 1 million shares at 6.725p each last Thursday.
Black now is interested in 183.6 million shares or 24.6% of the total voting rights.
The company also said Chief Executive Officer Ian Smale bought 200,000 shares at a price of 7 pence per share Tuesday. While Chairman Colin Moynihan bought 310,155 shares at 6.6p each last Thursday.
Following this transaction, Smale and Moynihan hold 1.1 million shares and 10.2 million, which represent 0.15% and 1.4% of issued shares, respectively.
Shares in the oil re-refiner company were up 2.9% at 7.20p Wednesday.
