LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil services company Hunting PLC on Monday said Chairman Richard Hunting bought shares on Thursday, and the voting rights of those shares have been transferred to his Hunting Investments Ltd vehicle.
The chairman bought 3,277 shares at 476.00 pence. Those will be transferred to the Hunting Investments voting committee, giving the vehicle 25.5 million shares in Hunting, or a 17% stake.
Hunting shares were up 1.1% to 481.75p Monday.
