(Alliance News) - A number of senior executives in Hunters Property PLC bought shares in the firm in the estate agent business in a series of transactions on Tuesday, including its chair and finance chief.
Chief Financial Officer Edward Jones bought 100,000 shares at 30 pence each, worth GBP30,000. Jones held 4.0 million shares - or a 12% stake - in Hunters after the buy.
Chair Kevin Hollinrake acquired 33,333 shares at 30p per share, worth GBP10,000. Hollinrake held a 4.4 million - equivalent to a 13% stake - in Hunters after the transaction.
Deputy Chair Harry Hill bought 165,000 shares at 30p each, worth GBP49,500. This took his total stake to 312,505 shares.
Non-Executive Director Dean Fielding acquired 40,000 shares at 30p each, worth GBP12,000. Afterwards, his total holding stood at 170,000 shares.
Shares in Hunters closed 14% lower at 30.00p in London on Tuesday.
