LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director Iain Mackay sold GBP482,696 worth of shares in the bank.
Mackay sold 71,587 shares at GBP6.74 per share on Tuesday.
Shares in the financial services company closed at 659.90p each, down 2.3%.
