LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC said on Thursday that a purchase and disposal of shares were made by two directors in the company on Wednesday.
Chief Financial Officer Ewan Stevenson purchased 100,000 shares at 645.33 pence per share, at a total of GBP645,335.
Meanwhile, Samir Assaf, chief executive for Global Banking & Markets sold 60,356 shares at 647.5p each, for a total of GBP390,822.
It has not been disclosed how many shares both directors now hold within the company.
Shares in the FTSE 100-listed bank closed down 3.2% at 623.10 pence on Thursday.
