LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive John Flint and his spouse have jointly acquired about GBP40,000 in shares in the FTSE 100-listed bank.
The Flints bought 4,836 shares at a price of 728.10 pence each, worth GBP35,211, on June 6 last year. Then, on August 30, the couple acquired 603 shares at 682.20p each, totalling GBP4,114.
HSBC said the transactions were executed on a discretionary basis by an investment manager within a discretionary portfolio which Flint has an investment in.
HSBC shares closed 0.8% higher on Thursday at 651.40p each.
