LONDON (Alliance News) - Horizon Discovery Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Susan Searle bought 7,191 shares at a price of 137 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Searle's beneficial interest is 44,691 shares, representing 0.05% of the company's total issued share capital.
The stock was down 3.6% at 133.00p Thursday.
