(Alliance News) - Hochschild Mining PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Ignacio Bustamante sold GBP651,501 in shares on Monday.
Bustamante sold 270,000 shares at GBP1.99 pence each and further 55,000 shares at GBP2.06 each to meet the tax liability of vested incentives. Following the sale, Bustamante has a holding of 1.6 million shares, representing 0.31% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the miner closed at 186.60 pence each on Wednesday in London.
