DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Hiscox Non-Executive Directors Purchase Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Hiscox Ltd said Tuesday that two non-executive directors have purchased shares in the company last Thursday.

Non-Executive Director Colin Keogh purchased 1,807 shares at a price of 1,445.00 pence per share, at a total of GBP26,111.

Non-Executive Director Anne Macdonald bought 1,507 shares at the same price per share, at a total of GBP21,776.

It has not been disclosed how many shares either director now holds in total.

Shares in the FTSE 250-listed insurance provider were down 0.1% at 1,454.00 pence on Tuesday.
