AB Dynamics PLC - Bradford on Avon, England-based maker of testing, simulation and measurement products for the transport industry - Together with Naemi Best, Tony Best, a special advisor to the board, sells 90,000 shares at average 1,746.9p, worth GBP1.6 million on Thursday and Friday. Best and associates now have an interest in 5.4 million shares, a 23.5% stake.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based drugmaker with operations in Jordan - Bassam Kanaan, executive vice president for corporate development & M&A, sells 40,000 shares at GBP21.05, worth GBP842,132, on Friday last week.

Mitie Group PLC - Glasgow-based engineering, security, cleaning and hygiene services provider - Non-Executive Director Christopher Rogers buys 144,000 shares at 137.0p, worth GBP197,280, on Friday. Rogers is set to replace Derek Mapp as chair at Mitie's annual general meeting on July 22.

Wise PLC - London-based money transfers provider - Chief People Officer Isabel Naidoo sells 12,000 shares at GBP11.50, worth GBP137,995, on Friday. On Thursday had said it intends to transfer its primary equity listing to "a US stock exchange" from London.
