LONDON (Alliance News) - Helical PLC said that Jane O'Donnell, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Michael O'Donnell has sold 67,000 shares at a price of 341.5 pence per share on Tuesday, at a total of GBP228,805.
It has not been disclosed how many shares O'Donnell now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the property company closed flat at 341.00 pence on Friday.
