DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Helical Chairman Slade Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Helical PLC said on Thursday that Chairman Michael Slade sold 148,000 shares at a price of 340.0 pence per share on Tuesday.

Following this transactions, Slade now holds 12.2 million shares in the company, representing a 10% interest.

Shares in the property investor and developer were down 2.3% at 334.00 pence on Thursday.
