LONDON (Alliance News) - Hays PLC Tuesday said its Chief Executive and group Finance Director, along with others, saw a total of 635,950 shares vest under the company's 2010 equity incentive plan as set out below, and sold some shares at a price of 108.638 pence per share, for reasons including to cover tax and national insurance contributions.

After the vesting of the award and the share sales, Alistair Cox holds 2,606,497 shares in the company, equivalent to 0.19% of the total voting rights and Paul Venables holds 1,717,938 shares, equivalent to 0.13% of the voting rights.
Hays PLC shares were up 3.3 pence, or 3% to 113.1 pence Tuesday.
