LONDON (Alliance News) - Hays PLC Thursday said Group Finance Director Paul Venables exercised options over 4,834 shares at an option price of 112 pence per share under its sharesave scheme.
All the shares were retained.
Hays shares were quoted down 0.2% at 146.80 pence Thursday afternoon.
