DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Harworth Non-Executive Director Cox Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Harworth Group PLC said Thursday Non-Executive Director Jonson Cox sold 150,000 shares in a transaction on Wednesday.

Cox sold the shares at a price of 110.00 pence each, for a total of GBP165,000. Harworth gave no information as to Cox's subsequent, or previous holding.

Shares in the coalfield and brownfield regeneration company were up 0.7% at 111.25 pence on Thursday.
