DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Harworth Group Chairman Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Harworth Group PLC said on Thursday that Chairman Alastair Lyons purchased 90,000 shares at 110.5 pence per share on Wednesday.

It has not been disclosed how many shares Lyons now holds in the company.

Shares in the coalfield and brownfield regeneration company were up 0.7% at 111.25 pence on Thursday.
