DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Harworth Finance Director Buys 60,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Harworth Group PLC said Wednesday that Finance Director Andrew Kirkman bought 60,000 shares at 110.81 pence per share.

Kirkman bought the shares on Tuesday. His total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed.

Shares in the brownfield land regeneration company were trading 1.0% higher at 110.05p Wednesday.
