LONDON (Alliance News) - Harworth Group PLC Tuesday said Chairman Jonson Cox sold 150,000 shares at a price of 13.06 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Cox holds 8.7 million shares, which represents 0.296% of Harworth's issued share capital.
Shares in the land regeneration and property development company were up 0.2% at 12.90p Tuesday.
