LONDON (Alliance News) - Property regeneration company Harworth Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Owen Michaelson bought 18,343 shares at a price of 84.5 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, Michaelson now holds 125,411 shares.
The stock was down 1.8% at 80.99p Tuesday.
