LONDON (Alliance News) - Harvey Nash Group PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Albert Ellis, Finance Director Richard Ashcroft, and European Managing Director Simon Wassall each bought 113 shares at 100.75 pence per share on Friday.
Following the transactions Ellis, Ashcroft and Wassall have holdings 786,688 shares, 226,810 shares and 262,974 shares, respectively.
Shares in the recruitment and outsourcing company were trading up 6.2% at 114.12 pence Monday afternoon.
