(Alliance News) - HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited said Director Edmond Warner purchased shares in the company on Thursday.
Warner bought 3,000 shares at a price of GBP17.54 per share for a total price of GBP51,848.25.
HarbourVest Global is a FTSE 250 investment fund with a focus on private equity opportunities.
The stock closed up 0.5% at 1,728.00 pence Thursday.
