LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansa Trust PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Geoffrey Wood sold 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP9.52 per share and 6,500 non-voting shares at GBP9.60 each.
Following this transaction, Wood now holds 1,000 ordinary shares and 2,000 non-voting shares.
Shares were up 0.2% at 998.53 pence Tuesday morning.
