LONDON (Alliance News) - Hammerson PLC Thursday said that the trustees of the company's share incentive plan bought Chief Financial Officer Timon Drakesmith 25 partnership shares at a price of 601.50 pence per share.
He was awarded 25 matching shares under the scheme.
Following the transaction, Drakesmith now holds 178,122 shares.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were down 0.2% at 600.50 pence Thursday.
