LONDON (Alliance News) - HaloSource Inc Tuesday said Chief Financial Officer James Thompson bought 100,000 shares at a price of GBP0.065 per share.
Following this transaction, Thompson is now interested in a total of 538,395 shares, representing approximately 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital.
Shares in the water technology company were trading up 13.0% at 6.50 pence Tuesday morning.
