LONDON (Alliance News) - Halma PLC Wednesday said Allan Stamper, chief executive of the hazard-detection company's water division, transferred 400 shares to his son at no cost.
Following this transaction, Stamper has an interest in 130,482 shares, representing 0.0345% of the issued share capital of the company.
Halma shares were up 1.0% at 592.53 pence Wednesday morning.
