LONDON (Alliance News) - Halfords Group PLC Thursday said Chief Financial Officer Andrew Findlay sold 35,709 shares at a price of 540.6 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, worth GBP193,043, Findlay has no interest in the bike and car parts retailer.
Halfords said the reason for the transaction is for Findlay to purchase a property in preparation for the relocation of his family later this year. He will leave Halfords to take up the same position at Easyjet in October.
Halfords shares were trading up 0.3% at 542.77p Thursday.
